$55.00hr Sitting Fee + Traveling* (2014: 62.00hr)
$25.00 for copyrights to distribute, print, and duplicate the work. (data disk)

10 Edits (remove blemishes, deepen colors, color correction, and teeth whitening)
$10 for every edit over the 10th edit.

Wedding Photography (2013 Prices and explanations)

I. À la carte $75hr (2014: $80.00hr )+ $25 Disk + travel[1]
Can be defined as: any one or two events during the wedding day (i.e.Ceremony and Reception). It is usually just 2-3hrs and one to two events that you name
            A. Choose one or two from:
                        i. Pre-Ceremony Shoot (Bride and Groom getting ready)
                        ii. Ceremony Shoot (Shots taken during the Ceremony)
                        iii. After-Shoot (Ceremony reenactments, family portraits)
                        iv. Photo-shoot (Artistic Photos of the Couple)
                        v. Reception (the stuff during the reception)

            B. Copyrights on Disk for this package is $25/disk.
            C. Edits: 8 Edits (remove blemishes, deepen colors, color correction, HDR and teeth whitening) $10 for every edit over the 8th edit.

II. Full Day Shoot $500.00 + travel + food[2] (2014: $750.00)
            A. Can be defined as: any one day wedding that lasts more than 3 events

            B. Can last all day: from hair-dressers to reception
                        i. Getting Ready (hair-dressers)
                        ii. Pre-Ceremony Shoot (Bride and Groom getting ready)
                        iii. Ceremony Shoot (Shots taken during the Ceremony)
                        iv. After-Shoot (Ceremony reenactments, family portraits)
                        v. Photo-shoot (Artistic Photos of the Couple)
                        vi. Reception (the stuff during the reception)
            C. Copyrights on Disk free in this package
            D. Edits: 12 Edits remove blemishes, deepen colors, color correction, HDR and teeth whitening) $10 for every edit over the 12th edit.

III. Weekend Shoot $800.00 + Travel + Food + Lodging[3] (2014: $1,000)
        A Can be define as: more than one day wedding with events on multiple days
            1. Can last as much as 4 days:

                        i. Bachelor-ette parties
                        ii. Wedding Rehearsal
                        iii. Rehearsal dinner
                        iv. Extra Photo-shoots
                        v. Getting Ready

                        vi. Pre-Wedding Shoot
                        vii. Ceremony
                        viii. After Shoot
                        ix. Photo-Shoot
                        x. Reception
           B. Copyrights on Disk(s) free in this package
           C. Edits: 18 Edits remove blemishes, deepen colors, color correction, HDR and teeth whitening) $10 for every edit over the 18th edit.
IV. Disclaimers

        A. No Boudoir or PG-13 Photo will be taken
            1. Data Disks or Thumb Drives

                        i. Will be mailed out up to three months after wedding (90 days)
                        ii. Will contain all photos, edited and unedited
                        iii. Will contain copyright info on disk sleeve
            2. Up to the best 200 shots will be uploaded to Facebook, Kyle Yates Photography artist page.      These will be public, free for everyone to like or comment on. I'll try my best to censor any negative comments, but sometimes you'll have to alert me if something is said.

            3 Copyrights
                        i. Allow you to go to any printer you choose to print your photos.
                                    a. Some printers are cheaper because their product is cheaper
                                    b. Studio and Online printers take time and money, but yield better quality
                        ii. Allow me to use for Kyle Yates Photography advertising and art shows.
           4 No down payment, but a $100 Cancelation Fee (within 1 week of notice) will be applied to your next shoot or re-schedule. (before 1 week, no worries).
            5 Payment expected on day of final shoot/weddingday

i. Best if you write a check out to Kyle Yates Photography and give it to a family member to give to me.

            6 Forms
                        i. I have a photographer waiver saying you agree to these and other terms of contracted photography.
            7 Tax included in amount. Tips not included nor accepted due to tax liablities.
            8 As a Licensed Pastor of the Church of God, I have a faith-based moral obligation to my God. It is my free-speech right as an American citizen to disallow any wedding photography event upon request based upon my moral Christian faith.

[1] Traveling: Traveling, anything beyond:

30-49miles (60-99mi round) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $15
50-99 miles (100-199mi round) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $25
100-150 miles (200-299mi round) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $45
150mi+ (300mi round+) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $0.25 a mile
Travel in Plane: Pay for round trip ticket plus accommodations and food.

[2]Food : Any meals missed during contract

[3] If traveling is over 6hrs or contracted over multiple days, please pay for hotel accommodations.

NO PRINTING CHARGE! You read that right, you don't pay me for prints! Why? Because I don't do them. If you want me to do them, prices and rates subject to Staples charges. HOWEVER, I do offer your copyrights on data disk (or a thumb drive for $10 ) with all your prints, both edited and unedited for a price of $25.00 a disk. Any questions? Need a deal?
