$62.00/hr + Travel [1]
$15.00 Copyrights, Release on Thumb Drive [2]

10 Edits (remove blemishes, deepen colors, skin smoothing, color correction, and teeth whitening)
$10an edit after the 10th edit.

All shoots must be modest and you come with an escort/friend. If you're under 18years of age, must come with parent (who stays during the shoot). No escort/friend/parent, no shoot. Wardrobe is determined BEFORE the shoot and ok'd by me. Kyle Yates Photography does NOT shoot nude, semi-nude, underwear, lingerie, boudoir, and sexual explicit material; do not ask for it/do not offer extra money for it.

30-49miles (60-99mi round) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $15
50-99 miles (100-199mi round) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $25
100-150 miles (200-299mi round) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $45
150mi+ (300mi round+) of my home location in Brookville, PA a charge of $0.25 a mile
Travel in Plane: Pay for round trip ticket plus accommodations and food.

[2] Copyrights, Print Release, and Thumb Drive. Thumb drives come in 4 & 8GB. You have the rights to print, reproduce, and duplicate the completed, paid-for work at your own costs. The $15.00 is divided into cost of thumb drive and shipping & handling.

Wedding Photography 2013 Prices and explanations (2014 Prices in quotations)

ALL WEDDING PACKAGE MUST HAVE A MEETING WITH PHOTOGRAPHER PRIOR TO THE WEDDING!

I. À la carte $80.00hr + $15 Thumb Drive/Copyrights + travel[1]
Can be defined as: any one or two events during the wedding day (i.e.Ceremony and Reception). It is usually just 2-3hrs and one to two events that you name
            A. Choose one or two from:
                        i. Pre-Ceremony Shoot (Bride and Groom getting ready)
                        ii. Ceremony Shoot (Shots taken during the Ceremony)
                        iii. After-Shoot (Ceremony reenactments, family portraits)
                        iv. Photo-shoot (Artistic Photos of the Couple)
                        v. Reception (the stuff during the reception)

            B. Copyrights on thumb drive for this package is $15/disk.
            C. Edits: 10 Edits (remove blemishes, deepen colors, color correction, HDR and teeth whitening) $10 for every edit over the 10th edit.

II. Full Day Shoot $750.00 + travel [1] + food [2]
            A. Can be defined as: any one day wedding that lasts more than 3 events

            B. Can last all day: from hair-dressers to reception
                        i. Getting Ready (hair-dressers)
                        ii. Pre-Ceremony Shoot (Bride and Groom getting ready)
                        iii. Ceremony Shoot (Shots taken during the Ceremony)
                        iv. After-Shoot (Ceremony reenactments, family portraits)
                        v. Photo-shoot (Artistic Photos of the Couple)
                        vi. Reception (the stuff during the reception)
            C. Copyrights on Thumb Drive FREE in this package!
            D. Edits: 15 Edits remove blemishes, deepen colors, color correction, HDR and teeth whitening) $10 for every edit over the 15th edit.

III. Weekend Shoot $1,000.00 + Travel [1] + Food [2] + Lodging[3]
        A Can be define as: more than one day wedding with events on multiple days
            1. Can last as much as 4 days:

                        i. Bachelor-ette parties
                        ii. Wedding Rehearsal
                        iii. Rehearsal dinner
                        iv. Extra Photo-shoots
                        v. Getting Ready

                        vi. Pre-Wedding Shoot
                        vii. Ceremony
                        viii. After Shoot
                        ix. Photo-Shoot
                        x. Reception
           B. Copyrights on Thumb Drive (USB) FREE in this package
           C. Edits: 25 Edits remove blemishes, deepen colors, color correction, HDR and teeth whitening) $10 for every edit over the 25th edit.

IV. Disclaimers

        A. No Boudoir or PG-13+ Photo will be taken
            1. Thumb Drives (USB)
                        i. Will be mailed out up to three months after wedding (90 days)
                        ii. Will contain all photos, edited and unedited
                        iii. Will contain copyright info on piece of paper

            2. Up to the best 200 unedited shots will be uploaded to Facebook (usually 25-50 photos are uploaded for smaller projects), Kyle Yates Photography artist page. These will be public, free for everyone to like or comment on. I'll try my best to censor any negative comments, but sometimes you'll have to alert me if something is said.

            3 Copyrights
                        i. Allow you to go to any printer you choose to print your photos AT YOUR OWN COST.
                                    a. Some printers are cheaper because their product is cheaper
                                    b. Studio and Online printers take time and money, but yield better quality
                        ii. Allows me to use for Kyle Yates Photography advertising and art shows after our shoot.

           4 No down payment, but a $100 Cancelation Fee (within 24hrs of notice) will be applied to your next shoot or re-schedule. (before 1 week, no worries).

           5 Payment expected upon arrival on day of first shoot/weddingday

                       i. Checks payable to Kyle Yates Photography.
                      ii. No photos released without payment. Not even to social media.
                      iii. Pre-payment welcome, but will not be deposited until after day-of-shoot.

           6 Forms: Sign waiver saying you agree to these and other terms of contracted photography. Forms have to be signed before shoot. No photos released if form is not signed.
            7 Tax included in amount. Tips not included nor accepted due to tax liablities.
            8 As a Licensed Pastor of the Church of God, I have a faith-based moral obligation to my God. It is my free-speech right as an American citizen to disallow any wedding photography event upon request based upon my moral Christian faith.
            9 NO nudity, semi-nudity, or anything non-modest. Likewise, as a Licensed Pastor of the Church of God, I have a moral obligation to my God and faith to sustain a Christian image with my business. As the final photography work is an expression of my Free Speech, I choose not do project images of nudity, sexuality, or immodesty. Before any shoot, it is my right to speak with all clients about wardrobe and my expression of free speech as a faithful Christian photographer.

$10 for every edit over the 10th edit.

NO PRINTING CHARGE! You read that right, you don't pay me for prints! Why? Because I don't do them. If you want me to do them, prices and rates subject to Staples charges. HOWEVER, I do offer your copyrights on data disk (or a thumb drive for $10 ) with all your prints, both edited and unedited for a price of $25.00 a disk. Any questions? Need a deal?
